After a decade since its last update, the Brazilian Society of Soil Science (SBCS) announces the release of the 8th edition of the Manual for Soil Description and Sampling in the Field.
The new edition will be officially launched during the XXXIX Brazilian Congress of Soil Science (CBCS), taking place in September.
Recognized as a national reference in Pedology, the manual has been revised and expanded by experts from the Working Group of Division 1 of SBCS. This latest version incorporates key scientific and technical advancements, providing an even more comprehensive tool for researchers, professors, and field professionals working with soils.
