The Southern Regional Chapter of the Brazilian Soil Science Society (SBCS) has released the 3rd edition of the book “Technical Update on Liming and Fertilization of Fruit Crops”, launched during the 3rd Technical Meeting on Liming and Fertilization of Fruit Crops, held in May 2025 in Bento Gonçalves, Rio Grande do Sul.
The publication brings together chapters written by professors, researchers, extension agents, students, and professionals from the productive sector, presenting the latest advances in nutrition, liming, and fertilization of fruit crops.
Since its 1st edition, the book has established itself as a national technical reference, accompanying the evolution of research, the introduction of new cultivars, and the adoption of different fruit production systems across the country.
